Graduate school can be challenging, especially in your first year. From understanding research to finding your place, many students struggle to adjust. The Institute of Biomedical Engineering Graduate Mentorship Program helps make that transition easier. In this video, graduate students share how the program supported them through mentorship, connection, and community. By pairing early stage students with more experienced peers, the program creates a space for guidance, honest conversations, and shared growth. As this year’s cohort comes to a close, applications for the next cohort will be opening soon. If you are interested in building connections and gaining support throughout your graduate journey, consider joining the Graduate Mentorship Program.
